Leo has more than 17 years of experience in the mining and energy industries, initially as a sales and marketing manager before transitioning to his current role with the battery materials market development team. Leo’s responsibilities include building partnerships with key battery materials market participants globally, while providing expert knowledge focused on the commercialization of raw and refined products.
Previously, he spent more than a decade as a pilot in the United States Marine Corps. Leo is a graduate of Pace University in New York City, and currently lives with his family in Naperville, Illinois.
Leo is fluent in both English and Spanish.
