Erica has more than 12 years experience in the metals and mining space, initially as an analyst in commodity research before transitioning to a role in market analysis at Rio Tinto.
She has a deep knowledge and understanding of the battery materials value chain and has played an instrumental role in our battery materials strategy. Erica now works in the strategic marketing team supporting Rio Tinto's mineral products, which includes responsibility for all commercial aspects of our battery materials business—including sales.
Erica received her bachelor of science in finance from Fordham University in New York City. She is also a charterholder with the CFA Institute.
